Mcloud– Thanks so much for jumping on! I’m sorry to hit you with a block like this so soon after joining in.
Doduren– Your guess is as good as mine. I have two ideas in the pipeline, but no artist to help anymore. Meantime, any fanart we get will be posted in the place of a comic. You can tell I love this universe and its characters, and I was just heading someplace really interesting (at least I felt that way).
This recent experience had kind of made me really sad to even look at these characters, but receiving super-awesome comments like this does help so much!
loved it while it lasted. At least we get to know about what is going on. I guess this web comic will get moved to my check once a year bookmark folder. I look forward to the day that I look through that folder and find that horsemen have picked up again.
This is a bit of a bummer. You know, this kinda of explains why you actually responded to my comment on an old page. Since Mike is apparently not going to draw for this comic anymore, what about this Dapper Dan guy you had been talking about or perhaps that Sheana Molloy you mentioned way back?
Dan is an incredible artist, which I guess is why he works for DC He does occasionally do Horsemen-related commissions, but that’s all he has time for. Awesome guy, though.
Ms Molloy has her own webcomic running right now, in fact! You can enjoy her stylings at http://www.team-dude.com.
Believe it or not, I have offers from other artists to continue this story. This experience has made it very difficult to even look at Horsemen at this point, so I haven’t really considered anyone specifically. If something came to my inbox and blew my mind, I might be tempted. For now, though, I’d be happy just letting it sit here for a bit. Kind of like in Avengers: Disassembled when Vision crashed the Quinjet into Avengers mansion, and Iron Man said to just leave it there as a memorial.
Too nerdy? Yeah, I thought so. Thanks so much for digging the comic, Max. It really means a lot to see people who respond to it.
Well, I don’t really know what the deal between you and Mike is, but I could imagine how losing your artist could leave you with bad feelings towards your story. I just hope that at some point, you will find a new artist and want to get back at it. You mentioned something somewhere about redoing the beginning. That’s something I’d definitely like to see.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I look forwards to this comix every weeks…
Ouch! There goes the best part of Monday…
Take your time–we’ll still be here
Thanks so much. THIS is exactly why I’ll miss this.
I had just picked up reading this a week ago and i already miss it. I hope all goes well with what you intend to do.
D’awww. Is there anything we fans can do to help revive this awesomeness?

Wait, so is it that one person left and you need a new artist, or did someone get sick and he will recover eventually, or what.
I have a link that should clear it up, without putting anyone on the spot: http://zet.deviantart.com/journal

You’re telling me, man.
